You can easily install up to 6 kW of solar panels with Barrel, starting with a minimum of just 4 panels. This flexible system allows you to scale your solar setup according to your energy needs, ensuring efficient and reliable power generation wherever you are.
Barrel Master comes equipped with 4.8 kWh of lithium battery storage, providing reliable energy right from the start. For larger energy needs, you can expand the system by adding Barrel Batteries, each with a capacity of 20 kWh, up to a total of 80 kWh.
Barrel is equipped with a powerful 6 kVA single-phase inverter, providing up to 32 A at 220 V. This capacity allows it to power a wide range of devices and appliances, such as refrigerators, air conditioners, electric ovens, , water pumps, lighting systems, and workshop equipment.
A 6 kW solar system installed in Ghana, combined with 4.8 kWh of batteries, can generate an average of 25-30 kWh of energy per day, depending on local solar conditions. This amounts to an annual production of approximately 9,000-11,000 kWh, enough to power a household or small business.

Compatible with all Solar Panel
The Barrel system supports the installation of any type of solar panel, both flexible and rigid, up to a maximum of 6,000 watts. You can connect up to 14 panels of 420W in two strings of 7 panels each. The panels are wired in series due to the high-voltage MPPT, ensuring maximum efficiency. The maximum voltage supported per string is 500V (open-circuit voltage - Voc).
Flexible and Scalable Storage
The standard Barrel has a storage capacity of up to 4.8 kWh, but it can be expanded with 20 kWh extensions up to a maximum of 80 kWh, providing incredible flexibility. Moreover, Barrel can be configured as a three-phase system using three combined Barrels and can be paralleled with up to 10 units. With Barrel, creating microgrids becomes easy, enabling autonomous energy solutions for communities or facilities.
Protection and Durability
The Barrel system is housed in a robust steel barrel, making it difficult to tamper with or steal. It can be securely fixed to the ground with strong bolts and left in public areas safely. The system is equipped with heat extraction and protected against rain, ensuring reliable operation in all weather conditions. The standard barrel size, allows for easy transportation anywhere.

How is work
Off grid single-line diagram
You can also add a genset. Genset (diesel generator) serves as a backup power source, connected via a DDG (Diesel Generator Disconnect) for switching between power sources. The privileged users receive power from the system via AC output. In essence, this system allows for autonomous power generation and storage without relying on the main grid.
