Shipping fees

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of the order based on the weight and volume of the package. You will see the cost of shipping listed directly in the final stage of the order.

Any additional costs for the use of ancillary services such as telephone notice, insurance or delivery to the floor, if available, will also be indicated.

Upon request, you can collect it from our warehouses.

Stock for non-delivery

If the courier is repeatedly unable to deliver to the address you indicated at the time of the order due to absence or incorrect address, the goods will be placed in storage at the competent courier headquarters for 5 working days.

During this deposit, you are required to collect the goods at the courier’s warehouse.

Procedure upon receipt of goods – Passing of Risk

When we ship a package by courier, there is the possibility that it will arrive at its destination damaged. There may be several reasons: The contents may be fragile, the packaging may give way during transport, an operator may have been not very careful in handling the package, etc …

What to do to protect ourselves from this possibility?

Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging/packaging of the Products must be immediately contested by affixing the wording “GOODS INSPECTION RESERVE FOR … (indicate the reason)” on the delivery document received by the courier.

The wording “RESERVE” allows you to check the goods even at a later time since the courier by law does not allow you to open the package until you have signed.
Any hidden damage and problems found on the goods received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, the date shown on the courier’s document will prevail.
It is understood that, once the delivery document has been signed without any dispute, you will be precluded from any exceptions regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
