Ownership of the Website

This website (hereinafter, "the Site") is owned by Barrel S.r.l.


Conclusion of the Contract and Acceptance of Terms

The contract between Barrel S.r.l. and the Client is concluded when the Client's order, submitted in accordance with the procedures outlined on the Site, is accepted and confirmed via email by Barrel S.r.l. Clients purchasing as consumers through our site are protected by Legislative Decree no. 206 dated September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree no. 70 dated April 9, 2003, concerning electronic commerce.


Purchase Methods

Products available for purchase are those described on the Site at the time of the order. Each product is accompanied by an informational sheet detailing its main features. Barrel S.r.l. guarantees the availability of the products until stock is depleted, and purchase methods include, among others, payment by credit card, advance bank transfer, or using the PayPal® system.


Delivery Terms and Costs

Barrel S.r.l. accepts orders for delivery exclusively within European territory. Delivery costs are borne by the Client and are specified at the time of the order.


Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, consumer clients have the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the products. To exercise this right, the Client must follow the procedure indicated on the Site and comply with the return conditions.


Warranties and Post-Sales Service

All products sold by Barrel S.r.l. are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code, in addition to any conventional warranties provided by the manufacturers. Warranty conditions are available on the product information sheets.


Complaints

Any complaints may be directed to Barrel S.r.l. using the dedicated "Contact Us" section of the Site. Alternatively, complaints may be handled through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission.


Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

The sales contract between the Client and Barrel S.r.l. is governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the court of Padua will have exclusive jurisdiction.
